Do you need help with your mental health?

Speak to your Youth Worker via each club on nights when sessions are held or telephone/message this number 07435 473435 between 9am-2pm to find out what is available. We can offer a confidential 1:1 session with trained counsellors and group support sessions. 


Do you need help with your physical health?

We have regular group activity sessions and challenges that you might like to join in with including the Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme. For further information please click here.


Emergency help

SAYC is not offering emergency help but if you need urgent help with your mental or physical health, or feel threatened, unsafe or at risk of harm the following list of statutory services including emergency or out of hours support is available.
